This paper first discusses the sources of the nonuniformities in the thermo radiation IR camera and describes the typical nonuniformity correction of an elevated temperature staring IR camera and the mathematical model of spatial noise. Finally, the structure of IR camera will be discussed and a measure of the spatial noise by imaging processing technique is reported.
