To show the excellence of the improved optical detection setup for image processing data acquisition with a new thinning algorithm, we arrange the image processing set-up to accept various testing. An interesting example is the hologram in photoresist which is made from the table with our fringe stabilizer system. From the SEM photograph ( Fig.11(A)) we can see the fringes of the hologram is sharp and deep. This can verify the excellence of the fringe stabilizer. So this image processing algorithm is demonstrated to determine the fringe location precisely and quickly. Also there have been improvements in the new algorithms which can be applied to many other image processing activities.
