中文摘要

本計畫結合市民農園服務平台,一面以無人機與機器視覺系統進行自主健康管理系統之研發,一面推廣能提高土壤的固碳能力的市民農耕法,並配合林榮志與張哲銘醫師實施市民農夫健康諮詢。在本計畫中由園藝療者或市民農夫來模擬自主健康管理的市民,讓其在市民農園中從事休閒種植,達到放鬆心情之功效,並透過大自然,讓參與者獲得療功效,建置無人機導航監控系統,共完成12人次參與園藝療活動。本計畫將即時進行整體執行成果資訊網路更新,並配合中華民國生態型市民農園發展協會舉辦觀摩會與數位創作競賽,以達推廣宣傳之效。本計畫所開發的創新多攝影機聯合定位分析系統,可避免受監控者與外界不必要的接觸,偵測其與他人交談時是否保持1公尺以上距離,當市民農夫和園藝療者彼此之間的互動距離在10公尺以內,無人機即飛近並發出語音作出警告,當市民農夫和園藝療者彼此距離在5公尺內,無人機即飛至二者中間,並發出語音作出二度警告,當市民農夫和園藝療者彼此相互之間距離在1公尺內,無人機立刻將拍照結果上傳至監控系統。

本計畫工作分工如下:

一、逢甲大學自動控制系研發團隊林宸生及研究生,執行影像分析與無人機輔助系統改良與維護。

二、共同主持人林榮志博士與張哲銘醫師提供研究參考與諮詢。

三、中華民國生態型市民農園發展協會進行智慧型市民農園推廣,將本計畫發展相關的相關理念與市民農園介紹給全國乃至全世界。

四、由八張服務市民生機農園提供服務平台。

Abstract

This plan combines the citizen farm service platform to develop autonomous health management systems with drones and machine vision systems, and promotes citizen farming methods that can improve soil carbon sequestration, and cooperates with Dr. Lin Rongzhi and Chang Zheming to implement citizen farmer health consult. In this project, horticultural healers or civic farmers will simulate the citizens of independent health management, let them engage in leisure planting in the civic farms to achieve the effect of relaxing mood, and let the participants obtain healing effects through nature. In the first year, an unmanned aerial vehicle navigation and monitoring system was built, and a total of 12 people participated in horticultural healing activities. In the second year, an innovative drone and multi-camera joint positioning analysis system will be developed, and a total of 24 horticultural healing activities will be completed. In the third year, an innovative smart drone and multi-camera joint health management system will be developed, and a total of 36 horticultural healing activities will be completed. The plan will update the information network of the overall implementation results in real time, and cooperate with the Ecological Citizen Farm Development Association of the Republic of China to organize observation meetings and digital creation competitions every year to achieve the effect of promotion and publicity. The innovative multi-camera joint positioning analysis system developed by this project can avoid unnecessary contact between the monitored person and the outside world, and detect whether the person keeps a distance of more than 1 meter when talking with others. If the interaction distance between the two is within 10 meters, the drone will approach and give a voice warning. When the citizen farmer and the garden healer are within 5 meters of each other, the drone will fly to the middle of the two and emit a voice. A second warning was issued. When the citizen farmer and the garden healer are within 1 meter of each other, the drone will immediately upload the photographed results to the monitoring system.

The work division of this project is as follows:

1. Lin Chern sheng and graduate students from the R&D team of the Department of Automatic Control of Feng Chia University perform image analysis and the improvement and maintenance of UAV assistance systems.

2. Co-host Dr. Lin Rongzhi and Dr. Chang Zheming provided research reference and consultation.

3. The Ecological Citizen Farm Development Association of the Republic of China conducts the promotion of smart citizen farms, and introduces related concepts and citizen farms related to the development of this project to the whole country and the world.

4. Eight Zhangli serves as a service platform for citizens' vital farms.

本計畫並不強調所衍生的農產品的市場產值,而以農園療功能及生態維護為主要重點。預期影響如下: (1).綠色環境永續經營,營造最健康的自主健康管理系統。

(2).無人機商機無限,本團隊進行智慧型無人機之研製,應用於市民農園自主健康管理系統,可自動搜,克服人力問題、人員安全性問題、降低成本、更方便於進一步的監控分析與判斷,具有龐大商機。
